集装箱码头泊位分配干扰管理决策方法研究

摘    要:针对因干扰事件引发的集装箱码头泊位分配计划调整问题,基于干扰管理思想,提出了相应的干扰管理决策方法:在干扰事件发生前后,首先确定干扰事件的性质,并选择合适的恢复策略;在此基础上,建立综合考虑新计划性能、恢复成本和与原计划偏离度等三方面的扰动恢复模型,并采用多目标遗传算法进行求解,从而获得新的分配计划.试验算例表明,该干扰管理决策方法涵盖了原分配计划受扰到新计划生成的整个过程,能为集装箱码头生产组织优化提供有效指导.
