| 摘 要： | 本文用文献资料法从体育教育专业人才培养模式、2000年以来体育教育专业人才就业状况等方面对长春师范学院体育教育专业2004-2011届学生的培养水平、就业状况、人才培养方案制定与实施、教学质量评估材料等进行研究。得出两个基本结论:体育教育专业人才培养要更加重视实践课,精选精讲理论课;以社会需求为依据,调整专业课程结构,促进体育教育专业学生实现学习方式的变革。

| Abstract: | With the method of literature data,this paper studies the training level,employment situation,talent training plan establishment and implementation and teaching quality evaluation materials of 2004-2011 graduates from the aspects of personnel training mode of physical education major and the talent employment situation of the major since 2000.Two basic conclusions are obtained that the personnel training mode of physical education major should pay more emphasis on practice course,and carefuly choose and teach theory course;in addition,we should adjust the structure of professional courses according social demands,in order to promote the reformation of students’learning style in the physical education major. |
