摘    要:为提高乙基纤维素(EC)膜的透气性,本工作系统研究了结构改性和添加物的作用。实验证明EC膜的气体透过速度和选择性受EC结构中取代了羟基的醚基含量,用作铸膜液的不同溶解度参数的溶剂和各类增塑剂的影响。其作用主要是使EC的分子链增加活动能力或形成致密的刚性链。此外,混入过渡金属盐的EC共混膜没有发现有络合和吸附作用,而像分子筛之类的吸附剂能使EC共混膜的气体透过速度明显的提高,说明有选择吸附作用。

Abstract:The studies on the structural modification and additives of ethyl cellulose (EC) membrane have been carried out in series for improving the gas permeation behaviour of membranes. It is considered that the content of ethoxy group instead of hydroxy group in EC, the casting solvent of different solubility parameters, and the plasticizer of different solubilities will make EC molecular chains flexible or rigid. The effect on gas permeability and selectivity of EC membrane was identified by the experiments. Moreover, the results show that neither coordination nor adsorption happens in the mixed matrix membrane formed by incorporating transition metal salt into EC membrane. However, a selective adsorption action may exist in EC membrane with adsorbent, since the EC membrane mixed with molecular sieve performs a significant increasing of gas permeability.
