| 摘 要： | 工会组织的维权职能是工会组织的基本职能。在经历革命斗争到改革建设的转变过程中工会组织的主要功能也经历了从组织功能到维护功能的转变,随着中国改革开放政策的不断深化工会组织在维护职工权益中的职能问题更加凸现。顺应时代潮流,把握时代脉搏,加强中国工会组织在日常工作中的维权职能,是维护中国社会政治稳定,构建中国特色社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。
