| 摘 要： | 首先对内蒙古高技术产业进行纵向和与横向比较分析;其次是包括行业结构、规模结构和区域分析的结构分析。基本结论是内蒙古自治区高技术产业发展滞后于地区经济发展,没有形成地区经济的推动力;高技术产业的产业集中度大大提高;中型企业在高技术产业发展中已经占据了主导地位;内蒙古高技术产业发展极不均衡;最后在结论的基础上提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | This work has two main parts.The first is a horizontal and vertical comparative study to the hi-tech industry development in Inner Mongolia;the second is a structural analysis including industry structure,scale structure and regional structure.The basic conclusion is,in Inner Mongolia,that the hi-tech industry development lags behind regional economic development without forming the regional economic impetus;the related industrial concentration has a great improvement;medium-sized enterprises have been dominant in this progress;the hi-tech development is terribly unbalanced.Then the policy proposal is raised on the basis of the conclusion. |
