| Abstract: | The principles, properties and production of synchrotron radi-ation have been briefly described. A general review on the application of this technique in polymer research such as in the field of crystallization in orie-nted state, melting of crystallized polymer, phase separation of polymer blend,crystal modification transitions and the formation of crazing has been made. |
