| 摘 要： | 针对目前PVC配混控制系统的自动化程度不高、控制精度差等问题，采用PLC与工业控制计算机共同构成控制系统，并且应用PID控制算法实现了对PVC配混系统的高精度、高可靠性控制。该系统在实际运行中取得了良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | As is described in the paper,in an effort to overcome some shortages which current control system for PVC compound suffers from,such as lower automation level and less control accuracy.the formation of a control system by combining PLC and industrial control computer and the application of PID control algorithm allows higher accuracy and greater reliability control for PVC compound system.The practical application of the control system yields desired results. |
