小学生心理健康状况与学习成绩的相关研究

摘    要:运用《中小学生心理健康诊断测验》(简称MHT)对杭州地区150名小学生进行问卷调查,在对调查结果量化分析的基础上揭示小学生的心理健康状况与其学习成绩的关系,并对杭州地区小学生心理健康状况的总体情况做了分析。发现杭州地区小学生的心理健康状况总体好于全国的水平,但仍存在着几种典型的问题。针对这几种问题进行讨论,提出教育工作者怎样正确认识心理健康与学习成绩的关系的问题,处理好心理健康教育与提高学习成绩的关系,使二者相互促进、相得益彰。

Abstract:This paper aims to carry out a questionnaire research among 150 primary school students in Hangzhou according to MHT. The paper shows the relationship between students' mental health conditions and their academic performance on the basis of the result analysis. Besides, it further conducts a comprehensive analysis of students' mental health conditions, which shows that the general mental health conditions of primary school students in Hangzhou is better than that across the country, though there still exist problems to solve. The paper tries to study the problems in an overall way and suggests that educators should well understand the relationship between mental health and academic performance. In addition, mental health education and academic performance improvement should be properly dealt with so as to benefit both students and their academic performance.
