| 摘 要： | 探讨企业RD能力互补下的政府补贴如何影响企业的合作创新模式。当政府不补贴时,讨论了企业间的合作创新动机与模式,发现此时将出现企业收益与社会收益相背离的现象。当政府给予补贴时,不仅可提升社会福利,还将改变企业间的合作创新模式,使得企业利润和社会福利同时达到最优。

Government Subsidy and the Pattern of Cooperation Innovation when Firms' R&D Capabilities are Complementary |

| Abstract: | This article discusses the effectives of government subsidy to the pattern of firms' cooperation innovation when firms' R&D capabilities are complementary.First the cooperation innovation motive and pattern are analysed when there is no subsidy,which lead to the deviation between firm's profit and social's.Then discusses government's optimal subsidy,which not only improves the social welfare,but also changes the cooperation pattern that makes both firm's profit and social's profit maximize at the same time. |
