Game Analysis on the Evolution of Organizational Routines

As the global economic environment is characterized by knowledge-based,hyper competition,and more uncertainty,continuous change has become the internal needs for firms to survive.Organizational routine,as the basic element of organizational behavior and the building-block of organizational capabilities,raises a better understanding of organizational continuous changes.This paper explains the evolutionary mechanism of the firms using biological metaphors,describes the evolutionary path of organizational routines using evolutionary game model,and discusses the internal influencing factors on organizational changes.
