基于集值统计原理的多指标灰靶决策方法研究

针对区间数多指标群决策问题,提出一种基于集值统计模型的改进灰靶决策方法。首先利用集值统计模型对多专家的区间评价进行估计,得到符合可信度要求的决策指标样本矩阵。然后利用基于加权广义马氏距离的灰靶决策方法对决策方案进行排序,给出决策样本为区间数群决策矩阵形式的灰靶决策模型。最后通过一个具体的算例给出决策方法的过程,避免了马氏距离不存在的情况,克服了决策指标间的相关性、重要性差异和不同量纲对决策过程和决策结果的影响,方法的可行性与有效性得到验证。

Study on the Multi-attribute Decision Method of Grey Target Based on the Theory of Set-valued Statistics

An improved decision method of grey target based on set-valued statistics is proposed for interval numbers group decision-making.Firstly,this paper deals with experts' interval evaluation with set-value statistics model and a decision-making sample matrices was obtained.Then,a decision method of grey target based on generalized weighted Mahalanobis distance had been constructed to rank all objects,an grey target decision model with interval numbers group decision matrices is given.Finally,the method process is given by an example,the method avoids the situation where Mahalanobis distance do not already exist and overcome the correlation of decision indexes,influences of different dimension,differences of importance on effect of decisions.The effectiveness and availability of the model are proved.
