| Abstract: | Crystals of In2Zn(SeO3)4 (I) and Ga2Zn(TeO3)4 (II) are prepared by solid state reaction of ZnO, In2O3 or Ga2O3, and SeO2 or TeO2 (silica tubes, 600—700 °C, 48 h). |
