| 摘 要： | 正确理解和严格遵守《1972年国际海上避碰规则》是确保海上航行安全的重要条件.尤其是在能见度不良的情况下,船舶驾驶人员应能熟练操作各种助导航设备、熟悉各种灯光声号,及时判明周围情况,保持谨慎驾驶,早、大、宽、清地避让他船,避免海上事故.
