| Abstract: | Summary The following substances have been isolated fromHaplophyllum robustum: from the epigeal part haplopine, and from the roots skimmianine,  -fagarine, a new alkaloid robustine C11H5ON(OH)(OCH3), and a base with mp 230–231°.Robustine has the structure 4-methoxy-8-hydroxyfuro2, 3-b]quinoline.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 1, No. 2, pp. 107–109, 1965. |
