摘    要:研究了高温氧化物超导体Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ体系中通氧时间对超导转变温度及超导转变温区的影响。Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ样品是按相等摩尔数的Gd与Y元素配比,采用传统的固相反应法烧结而成的多晶块材。实验结果显示:Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ烧结样品与YBa2Cu3O7-δ烧结样品均具有很好的单相性,在一定的通氧条件下其超导临界转变温度TC与超导初始转变温度TCO值相对YBa2Cu3O7-δ烧结样品有提高。文中对此结果进行了讨论。

Abstract:We reported the experimental results about the superconducting critical temperature T_C and initial transit temperature T_(CO) of Y_(0.5)Gd_(0.5)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) sintered bulk affected by oxygen content.The sample of Y_(0.5)Gd_(0.5)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) were prepared by standard solid state reaction methods with half part of Y~(3+) in YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) were substituted by Gd~(3+) formed a new structure.The experimental results shows that,compared with YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ),there is a good improvement in the T_C of the Y_(0.5)Gd_(0.5)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) sample which were annealed under oxygen flow at 500 °C more than 30 hours,but not in the ones which were annealed under oxygen flow at 500 °C for less than 30 hours.
