摘    要:我们合成了不同Co掺杂浓度的CeFe1-xCoxAsO,并测量其电输运性质和静磁化率.最佳掺杂浓度为x(Co)=0.15,且超导温度TC=11.3K.超导电性发生在很窄的掺杂范围内.静磁化率和电子顺磁共振测量显示在0.15和0.2两个组分样品中存在磁扰动.磁扰动与顺磁存在竞争关系.

Abstract:Here we report the synthesis and basic characterization of CeFe1-xCoxAsO for several values of x.Replacing Fe with Co is expected to make electron-dope to the system and introduce disorder in the FeAs layer.For x = 0.15 superconductivity is observed at TConset = 11.3 K.Superconductivity is not observed for x = 0.05 and 0.1.Superconductivity occurs at narrow Co doping regime.Furthermore,susceptibility and electron spin resonance measurements suggest strong magnetic frustration exists in both x=0.15 and x=0.2...
