试析光盘道间距测量中光栅方程的适用条件

摘    要:光盘存储信息的轨道可看成一圆形反射光栅,借助光学平台利用光栅方程可以测其道间距(光栅常数)。本文就该方法中光栅方程的适用条件进行了探讨,给出远场距离z≥2(πd2/4λ),对CD-R和CD-ROM盘进行了测试,并对结果做了对比分析。

Abstract:The storage orbitals of a compact disc(CD) can be viewed as a reflection grating,and its orbital distance(grating constant) can be measured using grating equation on an optical platform.This article analyzed the applicable condition of the grating equation when measuring the orbital distance of a CD;z≥2(πd2/4λ),the far field distance of Fraunhofer diffraction has been proposed;and the experimental parameter was also discussed compared with this theoretical result CD-R and CD-ROM.
