| Abstract: | Although gas chromatography(GC) has been intensively used in the regular analytical science,however,there is not commercial available of preparative GC(pGC) so far.Therefore,the conventional analytical GC should be modified in order to be used in separating and preparing the target compound effectively.In this paper,the progress of modification of pGC including the injection port,column,split device,trap device is reviewed.In addition,the application of pGC in various fields is summarized. |
