活性氧检测荧光探针的设计、合成及应用研究进展

摘    要:首先介绍了生物体氧化还原状态的动态平衡机理以及生物体氧化应激的产生原因及影响,然后总结、概括了目前流行的荧光分析法—荧光探针的设计构成及识别机理,并详细介绍了近几年各类活性氧自由基检测荧光探针的研究进展,为活性氧检测荧光探针的进一步发展提供了新思路。

Abstract:Firstly,the dynamic equilibrium mechanism of the redox state of organisms and the causes and effects of oxidative stress in organisms are introduced.Then,the current popular fluorescence analysis method―the design structure and identification mechanism of fluorescent probes is summarized and detailed.The research progress of various active oxygen radical detection fluorescent probes in recent years is introduced,which provides new ideas for the further development of active oxygen detection fluorescent probes.
