| Abstract: | A new effect is predicted, namely, the occurrence of a heat flow perpendicular to both the temperature gradient and the magnetic field in solid dielectrics with unfrozen rotational degrees of freedom of molecules. The method of moments is developed with allowance made for the processes of phonon scattering by molecules with a change in their rotational state. |
