| Abstract: | A new assay platform for DNA exonuclease activity is developed based on the preferential binding of single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) over double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) to graphene oxide. This approach allows a simple and quantitative activity measurement in a short time at low cost. |
