摘    要:钢铁行业高炉鼓风机的变频调速控制,一直是电动机驱动领域让人望而却步的改造项目。其原因之一是功率大,一般在10MW以上;二是高炉鼓风机的可靠性要求高,一旦出现故障就会造成严重后果;三是高炉鼓风机一般都采用轴流式风机,在小流量时容易发生喘振,对变频器的控制要求很高。本文对轴流式高炉鼓风机变频调速的问题进行了详细分析。
