新时达AS600系列变频器在抓斗门座机上的应用

在经济全球化的背景下,港口、码头等事业得到了快速发展,在此,起重机械发挥着举足轻重的作用。为改善起重机械传统调速的缺点,越来越多的起重机械使用变频调速技术。本文根据浙江舟山一台MQ1630抓斗门座式起重机的机构参数、运行工况等要求,使用新时达AS600系列起重专用变频器对该抓斗门座式起重机进行交流变频调速设计。经过现场调试和试运行,系统能够满足现场使用要求,并且到目前为止运行状态良好。

The application of STEP AS600 Inverter on grab gantry crane

In the context of economic globalization, ports, terminals and other utilities have been developing rapidly and hoisting machinery plays a pivotal role in this process. To improve the shortcomings of the traditional governing system of hoisting machinery, AC frequency control systems are increasingly being applied. Based on the mechanism parameters, operating conditions and other requirements of the Zhejiang Zhoushan MQ1630 grab gantry crane, we design an AC frequency control system using the STEP AS600 series crane special inverter. After the commissioning and trial operation, the system can meet the scene requirements and run in good condition so far.
