| Abstract: | Product energy and angular distributions have been measured for the exoergic reaction O? + C3H4 (allene) → OH? + C3H3 over the relative energy range 4.6–10.8 eV (6.5–15.3 eV lab). The reaction mechanism is found to be direct and well-approximated by the spectator-stripping model. We see no evidence of carbanions being produced in this energy region. |
