集成光路技术指标对光纤陀螺性能的影响

摘    要:分析了Y型集成光路器件的插入损耗、分光比、偏振串音和背向反射等主要技术指标对陀螺性能的影响。将不同技术指标的集成光路装入光纤陀螺,测试陀螺的性能指标,并与分析的结果相比较。结果表明,插入损耗和分光比对陀螺性能的影响很小;偏振串音对陀螺的影响较为明显;波导和光纤端面耦合采用10o/15o组合有效地降低了端面反射,背向反射对陀螺的性能也没有明显的影响。

Abstract:The effects of insertion loss, split ratio, polarization crosstalk and back reflection of Y-type integrated optic circuits are analyzed. The different integrated optic circuits are incorporated into FOG, and the performance of FOG is investigated. The analyzed result is compared with the test date. The result of test show that the influence of insertion loss and split ratio were small, the influence of polarization crosstalk is very great, the 10o/15o coupling structure of waveguides and fiber reduced efficiently interface reflection, effect of back reflection was also small.
