摘    要:本文研究的是射电望远镜中的本机振荡源、混频器和前中放三部分的混合MIC,对高Q介质稳频的反射型与反馈型两种振荡器的综合方式,理论上作了重点分析探讨,并研制成带有DRO的MIC组件。

Abstract:A hybrid MIC unit,which is lumped with local oscillator, mixer and IF preamplifier, has been developed. Especially, the reflected-mode and the feedbacked-mode are combined into a GaAs FET DRO. This new model has been analyzed and studied emphatically in theory. And, the hybrid MIC unit has been made and used in a Radio Telescope.
