摘    要:园林水体由于受到金属或有机物污染,水质逐渐恶化.文章探讨了沟渠中常见植物石龙芮(Ranunculus scelera-tus L.)对Fe2 的富集和净化及植体内叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)和质膜透性的变化.结果表明,石龙芮在含低浓度Fe2 时,叶绿素含量和CAT活性增加,质膜透性未发生显著的变化,含低浓度Fe2 对植物的生长有利;随石龙芮对Fe2 富集量的增加,在表现出较强的富集能力的同时,由于植体内自由基含量的增加导致CAT活性下降和质膜透性增大,植体受一定的胁迫伤害。

Abstract:To explore the purification and enrichment of Ranunculus sceleratus L.on Fe2 contaminated water,the dynamics of chlorophyll content,CAT activities and membrane permeability in the process of purification were investigated.The results showed that under the condition of lower Fe2 contaminated water,the chlorophyll content and CAT activities of R.sceleratus increased,and no significantly change in membrane permeability.As the accumulation of the Fe2 ,however,membrane permeability increased,while CAT activities decreased due to the increase of free radical.As a result,the individuals of R.sceleratus were damaged by Fe2 stress even if they are capable of enrichment on Fe2 .
