| 摘 要： | 学分制的实施在高校的改革和发展中具有重要意义.学分制的个性化、自主性、标准性、选择性的特点,使高校德育工作改革成为必然.应该从确立学生主体地位、构建以学生生活园区为组织形式的新的教育模式、实行导师制、调整德育工作队伍等几方面来改革和创新德育工作.
