牛磺酸对半乳糖性白内障大鼠晶状体超微结构的影响

目的：观察牛磺酸在实验性半乳糖性白内障发生发展过程中对晶状体超微结构的影响。方法：应用冷冻复型，超薄切片透射电镜技术对半乳糖性人障大鼠晶状体及给予牛磺酸后大鼠晶状体超微结构的改变进行了观察。结果：半乳糖性白内障大鼠晶状体纤维表面光滑，膜内颗粒减少，未见典型缝管连接，晶状体纤维细胞间隙协大，细胞质内充满大小不等的空泡状结构，牛磺酸投药后晶状依纤维细胞膜内颗粒增多，可见典型缝管连接，晶状体纤维细胞胞质

Taurine's Effect to The Ultrastructure of Mice's Lens with Galactose Cataract

PurposeTo observe taurine's effect to the ultrastructure of galactose cataract mice's lens.MethodsDivided 27 wistar mice into 6 groupsnormal control group,cataract group,prevention group,subconjunctive injection group,intraperitoneal injection group and eye dropping group;supplied taurine to the latter four groups by three different way;took the lenses on 8th,14th day,we made ultrastructure by transmission electron microscopy.ResultsThere was distinguished difference in ultrastructure between the galactose cataract lens and the normal lens,and there were little changes in latter four groups supplied taurine,especially in the subconjunctive injection group,its ultrastructure was similar the normal group.ConclusionTaurine can confront the ingenous damages in galactose cataract lens,prevention and slow galactose cataract.
