摘    要:食品低温保藏是一种重要的食品保藏方法但需消耗大量的能量.可采用许多方法来降低 食品冷冻厂的能耗.其方法可概括为三个方面:提高制冷装置的制冷效率;提高冷量的利用效 率;合理用电.

Abstract:Low temperature preservation of foods in an important method for preservation of foods. However, food freezing factories consume much energy. Many measures can be adopted to reduce the energy consumption in food freezing factories. The measures used for saving energy can be summed up in three aspects: further raising the refrigeration effieieney of refrigeration devices, sufficiently raising the utilizing efficiency of the cold, and reasona- bly using electricity.
