An Saving Energy in Food Freezing Factories

Low temperature preservation of foods in an important method for preservation of foods. However, food freezing factories consume much energy. Many measures can be adopted to reduce the energy consumption in food freezing factories. The measures used for saving energy can be summed up in three aspects: further raising the refrigeration effieieney of refrigeration devices, sufficiently raising the utilizing efficiency of the cold, and reasona- bly using electricity.
