| 摘 要： | 家族企业在我国经济发展过程中扮演着非常重要的角色,给我国经济发展注入了许多生机。但是控制权配置不恰当会阻碍家族企业的发展。文章通过先界定家族企业控制权配置的概念,并在此基础上分析信任和企业规模对家族企业控制权配置方式的影响,最后提出建立与信任和企业规模相适应的家族企业控制权配置方式。

| Abstract: | Family enterprises play an important role in the economic development of China and give a lot of vitality to it. But improper control allocation may hinder their development. Therefore, the paper, after defining the allocation, analyzes the influence of trust and the size of enterprises on it in family enterprises and proposes one that matches trust and the size of enterprises. |
