| Abstract: | A new phthalide derivative named calocephalactone was isolated from the root of Leontopodium calocephalum. Its structure was elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods, including HRESIMS, IR, 1D and 2D NMR. We also evaluated its the antibacterial experiment, calocephalactone ( 1 ) did not show obvious antibacterial activity. |
