摘    要:本文用含稀土化合物的钛系催化剂(代号SN-1)于乙烯与苯乙烯的共聚反应进行了研究.讨论了单体比例、催化剂浓度、Al/Ti的摩尔比和反应温度对共聚合的影响.制备出苯乙烯链节含量从4-85mol%变化的共聚产物.通过对共聚产物进行溶剂萃取与分离,并用DTA、TBA、TEM和X-射线衍射进行表征,推断它是含有(PE)(PS)_n长序列结构的共聚物.对共聚产物的某些机械性质进行了测定

Abstract:A MgCl3-supported TiCl4 catalyst comprising NdCl3 (called SN-1 catalyst) gives good yield which containing 4-85 mol% styrene-unit content in the products for the copolymema-tion of ethylene and styrene. The products have been fractionated by successive solvent extraction with suitable solvents and have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, DTA, TBA and TEM. The results show that the principal parts of copolymerization products are copolymers consisted of long sequences of ethylene-unit. Special mechanical properties of the products were observed. The influences of monomer ratio, concentration of catalyst, molar ratio of Al/Ti and reaction temperature on copolymerization of ethylenestyrene have been investigated as well.
