游泳运动中的柔韧训练研究

摘    要:柔韧素质训练对游泳运动员来说非常重要。通过对游泳运动员关节柔韧性和游泳动作效果的关系以及柔韧训练的内容和方法的分析,认为柔韧训练应包括肩、髋、膝、踝几个关节及腰腹部的训练,应针对不同部位分别采用手臂环、转背后拉肩、屈肘压肩、协同拉肩和蛙坐拉踝等训练方法。此外,在柔韧素质训练时,应对关键部位,选择合理的时间,循序渐进训练。

Abstract:flexibility is very important ability for swim player.By analysis the training content and training method,this paper researches on the relation of the joint flexibility and swim effect.The conclusion is flexibility training should including shoulder,coaxes,knees,ankles and waist.Meanwhile,choosing the suitable ways and the suitable time is the mainly factor to be notice.
