| 摘 要： | 讨论了在我国大学体育教学中引入空手道项目的意义和必要性，认为，在我国高校体育教学中引入空手道运动项目，符合阳光体育精神，能满足高校体育课程教学改革的需要，能丰富普通高校体育课程教学内容，能让学生体验健康体魄、良好自我保护能力，积极主动的危机意识、良好的心理压力调节能力的学习生活乐趣．

| Abstract: | Meaning and necessity of introducing Karate into college sports teaching are discussed. The followings are conclusions： introducing karate sports is fit for the sunshine sports, satisfy the needs of education reform and can also enrich the contents of Physical Education course. The students can experience shool lives fun of good healthy, good self protection, active crisis awareness and good psychological pressure adjusting ability. |
