| 摘 要： | 针对法学本科学生毕业论文存在应付和抄袭等问题,探讨法学专业本科毕业论文教学模式改革方案.主要就法学专业本科毕业论文教学模式存在的缺乏“预备性”教学环节、教学模式单一、评价机制不健全问题进行分析和探讨,提出增加“预备性”教学环节、调整单一教学模式、完善评价机制等改革建议.

| Abstract: | There are a lot of plagiarisms in thesis for undergraduate law students which make the final teaching practice aspects formality.In accordance with this,a reform program is explored for law undergraduate thesis teaching mode.It is mainly analyzed and discussed that the lack of a "preparatory" teaching,a single mode of teaching unsound,evaluation mechanism in law undergraduate thesis.On this basis,the specific reform proposals are proposed such as how to increase the teaching of "preparatory", adjust a single teaching mode,and improve the evaluation mechanism. |
