Abstract:Twelve inorganic elements in Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.tea of different shaqing technological processes have been investigated with atomic absorption spectroscopy.The result indicated that 10 inorganic elements of important nutritional and clinical significance are contained abundantly and the content toxic elements (Pb,Cd) are lower than that in other different tea.
