摘    要:针对“小接地电流系统单相接地故障选线”的问题,提出了一种新的选线方法,它充分考虑了系统故障前后的不对称因素,可以应用于中性点不接地系统和中性点经消弧线圈接地系统,对只有两相CT的低压网络,可以直接使用,并有2/3的选线功能.

Abstract:A new method for selecting the grounded fault line in a power system of low ground is proposed. The influences of unbalanced factors existing in power system before and after the system faultare taken into account. The method can therefore be applied to systems either without grounding neutral or with neutral grounded through a Petersen coil, and it can also be used directly in low voltagenetworks with only two phase current transformers, having the two-third probability of selecting thefault line. The basic theory, structure of the hardware and the idea of the software design are also discussed.
