| 摘 要： | 目的:防止高龄病人髋部骨折后深静脉血栓形成。方法:对50例高龄病人髋部骨折术前术后给予丹参注射液、低分子肝素钙注射液、内生电+气压治疗,配合下肢足踝泵、股四头肌运动,同时密切观察下肢血液循环情况。结果:本组50例病人,有2例病人发生深静脉血栓,经静脉溶栓治疗后效果良好,未发生肺栓塞严重并发症。结论:上述治疗可有效防止深静脉血栓形成。
