摘    要:给出了第二类超导体临界电流密度随样品尺寸及外加磁场变化的一个临界态模型计算。计算中考虑了样品中混合态与迈斯纳态共存的情况。用该模型对Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10样品的实验测量结果进行了模拟计算,并讨论了有关问题。

Abstract:A critical state model calculation was proposed for the dependence of the transport critical current density on the applied magnetic field and the thickness of a slab shape type Ⅱ superconducting sample. The coexistence of Meissner state range with vortex state range in a sample was considered in this model calculation. The calculation result was discussed and compared with experimental measured transport critical current density of Tl 2Ba 2Ca 2Cu 3O 10 samples.
