Nonlinear spectral broadening of backscattered light from laser-plasma interactions |

| Abstract: | A qualitative model is given, which predicts nonlinear broadening of the spectrum of laser light anomalously reflected by a plasma. The predicted nonlinear broadening compares favourably with recent experimental results. |
