Fusion reaction of 35Cl+48Ti at 104 MeV

The total fusion cross section for the system ³⁵Cl+⁴⁸Ti was measured at $\text{E}{}_{\mathrm{lab}}\text{(}{}^{35}\text{Cl}\text{) = 104}\text{MeV}$. Evaporation residues are identified by a time-of-flight mass spectrometer using a pulsed beam and solid state fission detectors. In addition, the mass yields of evaporation residues were measured by activation analysis. The results are compared to statistical model predictions.
