| 摘 要： | 数字逻辑中的谱技术主要用于数字电路的分析,本文则研究谱技术在数字电路设计中的应用。文中用双向电流CMOS电路实现谱函数,为数字电路设计提供了新的技术手段。

| Abstract: | The spectral techniques is mainly used in the analysis of digital circuits. This paper studies its application in the synthesis of digital circuits. In this paper, the spectral function is realized by using bidirectional current-mode CMOS circuits, and it provides a new technique method for the design of digital circuits. |
