| 摘 要： | 立足于电信运营企业规划工作的实际需求，对电信运营规划工作的现状情况深入分析，论证了规划支撑系统的建设必要性，提出了该系统的设计目标、设计架构、用户角色和功能结构设计方案。系统能够在管理流程、计算逻辑、关键点控制及审核把关等各方面为规划工作提供便利。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual demand of the planning work for telecom companies, it analyzes the status of the currently telecom planning and demonstrates the necessity of planning information support system, and final y proposes the goals, architecture, user roles and functions of structural of the system design. This system can provide convenience for process management, computational logic, control ing the key points and auditing the projects in planning work. |
