| 摘 要： | 本文实验依据正交法进行实验设计。对药材进行回流提取,以提取液中葛根素的含量作为指标,采用HPLC法测定。方差分析得出各因素对结果影响大小的顺序为：提取次数〉提取时间〉乙醇浓度〉乙醇用量。最佳提取工艺为A3B3C3D2,即以7倍量50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2小时。该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为医院制剂生产提供实验依据。

| Abstract: | Experiments were designed according to the orthogonal method.The components are extracted by reflux and the puerarin content was determined by HPLC as content index.Variance analysis indicated that the results were affected by the experimental factors in the following order：extraction frequency〉 extraction time〉 ethanol concentration 〉ethanol volume.The optimum extraction condition was A3B3C3D2,3 times of refluxing with 7 folds of 50 % alcohol for 2 hours each time.The extraction technology was appropriate,stable and feasible and could provide experimental evidence for hospital with preparation production. |
