Van der Waals radii of elements from the data of structural inorganic chemistry

Van der Waals radii of elements were determined from the data of the structural inorganic chemistry: from intersitial distances in CdX₂- and graphite-type structures, bond lengths in van der Waals molecules, molar volumes of A₂-type substances, refractometry data, and from quantum chemical and correlation ratios.
