| 摘 要： | 综述了UV固化技术和UV固化涂料等相关领域的发展状况,以BASF公司在2005年获得美国总统绿色化学奖的产品为实例,通过与传统产品的对比全面地介绍了绿色环保底漆的组成成分、固化机理和影响因素,最后对UV固化涂料在绿色环保车漆领域的应用展望做一总结。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the UV curing technology and the progressing of UV curable coatings. Taking the products of BASF company which won the American President Green Chemistry Award in 2005 as an example, this paper introduces the green refinish primer's composition, curing mechanism and influencing factors by comparing with traditional products. At the end of the paper, the outlook on UV-curable paint's usage in green refinish primer field is provided. |
