| 摘 要： | 我国企业在世界贸易竞争中的地位越来越重要,但在专利战略实施中也暴露出很多问题。提出了重视专利战略实施、加大资金投入、及时申请专利、充分发挥专利文献的作用、运用好专利诉讼战略维护专利权、运用专利权有偿转让与许可使用战略等建议。

| Abstract: | The position of our country's enterprises in the world trade competitions is more and more important,but many problems in carrying out the patent strategy have been exposed.This paper puts forward some suggestions of paying attention to carrying out the patent strategy,increasing the funds input,making timely applications of the patents,giving full play to the functions of the patent documents,making good use of the patent lawsuits strategy to protect the patent right,and utilizing the patent right's paid transference and permissive use strategies,etc. |
