| Abstract: | In this paper,the relative setup and application of an oscilloscope for testing the electrical fast transient /burst（EFT/B）,surge and electrostatic discharge（ESD） generators in EMC are introduced.The similarities and differences of the setup of the oscilloscope in these three measurements are analyzed. |
