| Abstract: | This paper is to intrkduce an experiment by presenting the picture kbtained under the interferonetric microscope on the xcreen of a computer with the aid of a digital camera to measure filmthickness so as to solve the problems that are often seen during film thickness measurd test,to accelerate the modulating velocity,and to improve the teaching quality. |
